Pacific Beacon Open House

Pacific Beacon hosted an open house in the lobby of the first of three buildings to open for move-ins beginning December 2008. Several hundred participants attended the open house and were registered in a raffle for prizes that included an X-box, Rockband, and $100 gift certificates. Prizes were given out every hour during the event.

All eligible candidates, single service members, E4 and above, assigned to the San Diego metro area were also encouraged to select a suite with their roommate and sign a lease for the new resort style community. Any service member that signed a lease during the event was also entered in a raffle to win a large flat screen television.

Cox Cable, USA Federal Credit Union, and Subway assisted in sponsoring the event as they will all be part of the community once it opens later this year.
